Needle Lock Device, 18 or 20 gauge

Used in place of an ordinary needle to attach a secondary IV administration set to the primary set for a "piggyback". Shielded needle prevents accidental "sticks". "Twist-locks" onto y-site so needle cannot be inadvertantly pulled out.

Kawasumi I.V. Administration Sets are sterile and disposable and designed for single patient use. The gravity design provides a low-cost alternative to pump and cassette sets, and the selection meets a variety of user needs. Kawasumi's stringent quality control provides peace of mind. All products are inspected throughout the manufacturing process to assure safe and reliable I.V. administration sets.

Kawasumi I.V. Sets are available in varying lengths, and are compatible with all standard I.V. solution containers. Choose from sets with 10 or 60 drops/mL drip rates - all featuring an efficient roller clamp to assure an accurate, continuous drip rate.

For more than 40 years Kawasumi has been in the forefront worldwide in the development and manufacture of infusion products, medical tubing, and other disposable medical equipment.

Kawasumi I.V. Sets are available in 10 drops/mL, 60 drops/mL, and (by special order) 20 drops/mL, and are compatible with all standard flexible I.V. solution containers.

All Kawasumi I.V. Sets include an efficient roller clamp to assure an accurate, continuous drip rate.

Some Kawasumi I.V. Sets include one or two Y Injection Sites for administering I.V. medications and setting up piggy backs, and are compatible with Baxter Needle Lock Devices.

Kawasumi's exclusive dual Luer Connectors can be used as Luer Slip or Luer Lock. To use as luer lock, simply twist rotating collar. To use as luer slip, pull collar back out of the way - friction fit holds it in place.
